The objective of the division is to design and conduct training programs for different sectors to improve the Quality of Products & Services. The courses offered are related to continual improvement in systems, products & processes by applying contemporary Quality improvement tools and methods; provide consultancy support to obtain Accreditation/Certification; and guide in the implementation of Quality improvement initiative in various organizations and educational institutions.
